Younger women have firmer breasts, and the science behind it is very simple. Breasts are made of glands, fat, milk ducts and connective tissue. Younger breasts are firmer because they are composed of denser glandular tissue with a smaller percentage of fat. By the time a woman reaches her early twenties, the breasts should have reached their full, natural size with firm tissue and taut skin.
