Maintaining Youthful, Healthy Breasts

Dr Norris offers a variety of plastic surgery procedures that can help you maintain a youthful and natural appearance to your breasts:

•  Breast enlargement surgery can help women with small or asymmetrical breasts achieve their desired
appearance. The procedure uses saline or silicone implants to provide fuller and more sensual curves to
the feminine figure.
•  Breast lift surgery can rejuvenate the appearance of breasts that have begun to droop as a result of ageing,
weight loss or breastfeeding.
•  Breast reduction surgery is a procedure that offers relief to patients who experience back, neck, or shoulder
pain or discomfort associated with disproportionately large breasts. This procedure has the highest
satisfaction rate.
•  Breast reconstruction surgery can help women who have survived cancer restore a sense of femininity that
may have been lost after undergoing mastectomy.

Using his meticulous breast surgery techniques and aesthetic eye, Dr Norris has helped local and international patients achieve the look they desire. In addition to plastic surgery, there are a number of other things you can do to help maintain the health and appearance of your breasts as you age, including:

•  Always wear a good quality, well-fitted sports bra when exercising.
•  Don’t smoke. Smoking cuts off blood supply and in turn can lead to loss of elasticity.
•  Massage the breast area. Massaging increases blood supply to skin and helps eliminate toxins.
•  Don’t diet excessively. Losing and gaining weight also results in loss of elasticity, causing your skin
to stretch.
•  Always keep hydrated. Drink at least two to three litres of water each day.
